Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed by since your purchase is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have provided a wrong address, it is your responsibility if the package is lost and cannot be returned to us. You are only eligible for a refund if the package is returned to us and condition satisfied the above requirements.
No paid return label or refund will be provided for the return shipping cost. Buyer should bear the return shipping cost and use a tracking or insurance services as you seems fit. We are not responsible for any misplaced or lost package during the return shipping.

All returned packages will be eligible for a refund on the product price only(after deducting possible charges), shipping cost are non-refundable.
If the package is lost, buyer MUST report within 60 days starting purchase date. Any claim report after the period cannot be processed as it is no longer available for investigation and claims.
By placing an order with us, you agree that our services is completely fulfilled when we send out the purchase and to accept the carrier's shipping period and tracking information on their website or system as final and forfeit the rights to proceed further any claims if the package is missing despite it's showed as delivered on the carrier's website or system. You understand and agree to bear the risk and cost of the carrier transportation, tracking information being wrong or the misplacement of the package. If you wish to use alternatives shipping method. signed delivery or purchase insurance, you must contact us before order is sent out and pay for the extra fees. If no contact was made, user agrees with the shipping services you have chosen when placing the order. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
